PrioritySupport™
This level of support provides fast access to on-site solutions at our current hourly billing rate.
SitePlus™
This level of support provides annualized distribution of support costs. Support resources are allocated for specified periods of time on a monthly basis.
BlocSupport™
This level of support provides for procurement of blocks of support resources at a cost savings
SitePlus™ Premiere
Our premier level of support includes SitePlus™ and in addition, Electronic Presence Support and VirTe®.
